1. Preparation: Clean the pellet machine equipment to ensure that there are no impurities and contaminants.
2. Adjust parameters: Adjust the speed, temperature and other parameters of the pellet machine according to the characteristics and requirements of the material.
3. Feeding: Put the prepared material into the feed port of the pellet machine.
4. Pellet making process: Start the pellet machine, adjust the pellet making parameters, and start the pellet making process.
5. Collect pellets: After a period of pellet making, the pellets will come out from the discharge port and collect the pellets.

For ring dies with a die hole diameter equal to or greater than 4.5mm, excess steam should be used. Powders with high moisture content are easier to fill the die hole, but the pressed particles are too soft. This problem can be overcome by slowly adding dry materials until the feed becomes dry and hard. The addition of dry materials should not be too urgent or too fast, and the ring die should have enough time to heat up. If too much dry material is added, the die hole will be blocked.
